The on-line MailShark Archive tab within the MailShark web console will store emails of ages 30 to 90 days.

When an email becomes 91 days old all information of that email, including Message Headers, Message content and search indexes are permanently deleted and not retrievable.

If more than 90 days of email storage is required, for say 1 or more years, then MailShark offers the SharkVault service which can be found here:

SharkVault stores read-only copies of emails for any number of years you sign up for.

SharkVault can integrate tightly with MailShark or can be used completely separate from MailShark. For example, if there was a requirement for an on-line Cloud based Email Archive system to interface directly to an in-house Microsoft Exchange server, all that is required is to enable "Exchange Auditing" to directly SharkVault and it's done.
